It was nice taking a few days off for the holiday. I actually did get my studio organized... so everything is in order. I have two paintings to finish for an upcoming exhibit, so I probably won't post for a couple of days. This teapot drove me crazy! The Majolica pattern on the teapot was extremely difficult. I just wanted to give the impression of a leaf pattern.

"GREEN MAJOLICA TEAPOT"
It was nice taking a few days off for the holiday. I actually did get my studio organized... so everything is in order. I have two paintings to finish for an upcoming exhibit, so I probably won't post for a couple of days. This teapot drove me crazy! The Majolica pattern on the teapot was extremely difficult. "WHITE TEAPOT WITH FLOWERS"
This little white teapot is used daily and is a workhorse in my household. The white was a real challenge to paint. I learned a lot about reflections and how adjacent color affects those reflections.
